Select Search is a Firefox extension to enhance your right click. You will have the power to select any text on any page and use that text to:

This is the 2nd version. It has the most important feature the first version was missing - Options.

Customize Select Search the way you want it. Add the search engines and sites (from the choices available) you want, to the right click context menu.

Image search.

Now you can search for the selected text in Google Images, Getty Images, Veer and PictureQuest.

Google Groups.

Are you a developer? Come across weird error messages often? Just select the text in the message and search Google Groups.

Updates

Better address processing. If you have had troubles mapping multiline addresses, then this version has the solution.

Select any text you want or don't. Your Search Select will still be there and let you go to the websites you want. All just with a right click.
